1. About Vestoin

Vestoin helps users create private presentation rooms with slides, voice narration, AI Q&A, access controls, recipient tracking, and optional outreach services.

Vestoin may be used for pitch decks, sales presentations, product catalogs, educational presentations, and other private presentation workflows.

Some parts of the product may be mocked, experimental, or under development.

2. Who can use Vestoin

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your country, to use Vestoin.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the content you upload or share through Vestoin.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must not share access to your account with anyone who is not authorized to use it.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for Vestoin or other users.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the presentations, files, text, images, documents, voice scripts, company information, and other content you upload to Vestoin.

By uploading content, you give Vestoin permission to host, display, process, and use that content only as needed to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and share your content.

You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, confidential without permission, or violates the rights of others.

5. Private presentation rooms

Vestoin provides private room links, access codes, and recipient tracking tools.

You are responsible for deciding who receives your private room links and access codes.

Vestoin cannot guarantee that a recipient will keep your materials confidential.

You should not upload highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the recipients you invite.

6. AI Q&A

Vestoin may provide AI Q&A features that answer questions based on the knowledge, slides, files, or information you provide.

AI answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the knowledge used by AI features.

Vestoin does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, or professional advice.

Users and recipients should not rely on AI answers as the only source of truth.

7. Recipient tracking and analytics

Vestoin may show visit activity, slide views, time spent, access code usage, questions asked, contact actions, and other engagement signals.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that tracking data will always be complete, accurate, or available.

8. Outreach services

Vestoin may offer optional outreach services to help users send private rooms to selected recipients, such as investors, customers, leads, partners, buyers, or other audiences.

Outreach results are not guaranteed.

Vestoin does not guarantee views, replies, meetings, sales, investment, funding, partnerships, or any specific outcome.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials they send through outreach campaigns.

9. Investor access

Vestoin may provide investor access tools, startup discovery, saved companies, alerts, founder contact requests, and API access.

Investor access may require approval.

Vestoin may reject, suspend, or remove investor access at its discretion.

Information shown to investors may be provided by founders or other users. Vestoin does not verify every claim and does not guarantee the accuracy of startup or investment information.

10. Payments and subscriptions

Some Vestoin features may require payment.

Subscription plans, room pricing, investor access, outreach pricing, and enterprise plans may change over time.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want to renew.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vestoin for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, or attack the platform.
• Share access codes or private room links in a way that violates another person's rights.
• Use Vestoin to send spam or unwanted outreach.
• Misrepresent your identity, company, investor status, or authority.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of Vestoin.

12. Intellectual property

Vestoin, including its name, logo, design, software, interface, features, and brand assets, belongs to Vestoin or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of Vestoin unless we give written permission.

Your use of Vestoin does not give you ownership of our platform, code, design, brand, or technology.

13. Third-party services

Vestoin may use or link to third-party services, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, AI providers, email tools, or file storage services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, services, policies, or availability.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Your use of Vestoin is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

15. Service availability

We try to keep Vestoin available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, errors, outages, third-party issues, or events outside our control.

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time.

16. Disclaimers

Vestoin is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not make warranties that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or fit for a specific purpose.

We do not guarantee business results, investment results, sales results, outreach results, or recipient behavior.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vestoin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vestoin's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vestoin in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

18. Termination

You may stop using Vestoin at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or if we need to protect Vestoin, users, recipients, investors, or partners.

After termination, some sections of these Terms will still apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Vestoin after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, unless local law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless applicable law requires a different process.
